Returns & Refunds

Every ResinStore lamp is handmade to order. If something isn't right, we want to make it right.

Damaged or defective items

If your lamp arrives damaged, cracked or not working, email us at support@resinstore.us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the damaged item.

Change of mind

You may return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first to receive return instructions; items sent back without a return authorization cannot be processed. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Non-returnable items

• Custom or personalized orders (made to your specifications)
• Gift cards
• Items damaged through misuse after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will email you the result. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Order cancellations

Because each lamp is made to order, orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After production begins, the order is subject to the return policy above.
