1. Products

Our lamps are handmade. Small variations in color, resin clarity, wood grain and painting are part of each piece's character and are not defects. Product photos are representative; the item you receive may differ slightly.

2. Pricing & payment

Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Payment is processed securely by Shopify at checkout; we never see or store your full card details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of a pricing error or suspected fraud, and will refund any payment received.

3. Orders & shipping

Orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Shipping, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos and original photographs — belongs to ResinStore or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

5. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ResinStore is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Lamps are decorative items; follow the included care and electrical instructions.
